Tender chunks of chicken marinated with our chef’s seasoning.
Pan fried one whole baby eggplants stuffed with ground meat, tomatoes, parsley, onion,bell papers, and seasonings. Served with rice.
Ground lamb and beef mixture seasoned with parsley and seasonings char grilled to perfection.
White Beans Stew
Slowly cooked hearty white beans and meat stew. Served with rice.
Deep fried chick peas, vegetables, sesame blended with middle eastern spices.
Baby okra baked with fresh tomatoes, onions, green peppers and garlic served with choice of white rice or cracked wheat(bulgur).
